Shootoutspot event is one of the more important events In westland survival. As it allows you to build the stable and then later the wagon to enjoy the game at its fullest.
All the Limited time events in game has a tier system. That means they will appear considering your current level. if your level is low the event would be easier but the general loot will be low tier as well( Excluding Stable and wagon parts. You will always get them). Same way if your level is hig the event would be harder but with high tier loot.
