bbl has great rules like power surge whivh should be in all leagues but they dont have drs and thats a big problem
They tried to bring the DRS in this year but because of the COVID 19 pandemic they decided to go without it.
On the tv coverage, after a few replays and different angles it actually missed the bat and hit the pad. So that would not have been out.
