Badam - 1/3 cup soaked overnight
Vermicelli - 1 cup
Milk - 500 ml (2 Cups)
Water - 500 to 750 ml
Sugar - 3/4 cup to 1 cup
Saffron strands - few OR Cardamom Powder - 1/4 tsp

Mutton - 1 kg
Bullet Rice - 1.25 kg (5 Cups) soaked for 30 minutes
Oil - 200 ml
Ghee - 2 Tbsp
Cinnamon - 4 inches
Cloves - 5
Cardamom - 5
Star Anise - 2
Bay Leaf - 3
Onion - 4 ( 450 g)
Green Chillies - 3
Ginger Garlic Paste - 5 Tbsp
Tomato - 4 (400 g)
Mint Leaves - 2 handfuls
Coriander Leaves - Handful
Curd - 200 ml
Salt - 1.5 to 2 Tbsp
Chilly Powder - 1.5 to 2 Tbsp
Water to pressure cook mutton - 350 ml
Water for Biriyani - 250 to 350 ml
