Amama Mbabazi declares he will stand for president in 2016

Former Prime Minister Amama Mbabazi has declared that he will be offering himself for Presidency in the 2016 General Election ending long months of speculation.
In a 5 minute UA-cam Video, Mbabazi says he will vie for the position of the NRM flag bearer at the party’s delegates conference and later as Presidential candidate in the 2016 general election.
