Hello Denisa,
I have been having a lot of trouble with my basic Robecca Steam doll. Her hair is super greasy and oily. I ordered her from ebay, NIB, but when she came her hair was covered in glue! I looked up all the things online, tried many, and it doesn't work. I tried things like powder, vinegar soaking, alcohol soaking, and washing with the dishwashing detergents and nothing works. I really love my doll and want to help her. Since you're a professional doll hair stylist, I thought that you could help)).

Use some dark powder to brush, cause Robecca has dark hair. Check out JLantis's video. I think it's called how to fix greasy hair.

Викин Мир Монстряшек I've got this problem also with my Monster High dolls. First I have separated the head from the body. Then I have filled the head with baby powder and I have done a lot also on the head and on the greasy hair. Then I have put the head in a clean jam jar and let it for one week. Finally I have washed the head with cold water and shampoo, I have let it dry for 2 days. Maybe you had to repeat it. My dolls have needed only one therapy with baby powder. Sorry for my bad English, I'm a German girl. ^^"
