dude i did this mobile before 1 month and customer told me still mobile has no any sound issue ..........if your mobile shows this priblem after restart do flashing till not worked contact the service center...

Hola mira este no hay necesidad de resetear el celular solo entra a ajustes después te metes en sonido y vibración, luego en sonido de aplicación independiente, lo activas luego te sale elegir una aplicación y pines UA-cam y en dispositivo pones teléfono (ya me ah pasado 4 veces)
