Do I think you'll love Between 1 & 2 more, not sure based on what your said but maybe try their last albums Dive (Japanese) and With YouTH they might fill your need for slower more soulful songs (your flavour). You were also correct (I actually told you this awhile back lmao) not watching and just listening gives you the chance to fully appreciate the vocal and production parts of Twice music. I would temper your expectations after this one, I doubt any of them will touch this. Eyes Wide Open and Between 1&2 are good and definitely worth doing next, but I don't think they reach this standard, personally. Also, I feel like Candy should still be thought of as the album closer. The Feels and the Scientist Remix feels like one of those things where album re-releases sometimes randomly tack on singles and bonus tracks that don't really fit the flow of the album onto the end of a cohesive album, personally (different versions of the album have different versions of the final tracks as well, so it feels like that's how the producers viewed them as well). Actually agree with your choice to skip the remix. It really didn't need to be there.
