[Reupload] Upgraded/Fixed Crossings in Cambridge Springs, PA 12/22/20

This is a reupload of this video I did of the new signals in Cambridge Springs, PA. I originally forgot to remove bits of the video where I was cleaning my camera lens and I even said to myself to edit those out, which you guys correctly pointed out lol. Since I'm working on the webpages now for these crossings (those'll be posted next week), I figured I'd fix this video. The description is exactly the same as when I posted it back in December 2020.
"If you remember a couple months ago, I uploaded a video showing 3 crossings that were complete messes in Cambridge Springs, PA. 2 crossings had their gates and relay cases removed and another which had brand new signals had its lights all disarrayed. It's now December 22, 2020, and the 2 crossings with missing gates now have entirely new signals, with a total of 2 cantilevers, 2 mast signals, and 3 pedestrian gates. The other crossing with the disarrayed lights has also been fixed, and have had Stop on Red Signal signs added to them. I apologize for the stuttering in this one, this was the first voiceover video I had done in quite a while and I had just gotten my car back after 27 days, so I was just getting back into the groove of filming."
