What is ASMR??
ASMR stands for Autonomous sensory meridian response (ASMR).
It is a feeling of well-being combined with a tingling sensation in the scalp and down the back of the neck, as experienced by some people in response to a specific gentle stimulus, often a particular sound.

This was excellent! It completely lulled me to sleep for my nap earlier. (although that first bowl strike was a bit startling as I was dozing off ... which I guess actually worked out as I might've missed the rest of the video otherwise 😄) Looking forward to more!

Actually I think she may have using the wrong end. In my experience I’ve only ever used or seen used the end with the soft suede material. But hey what do I know? Not complaining, her voice just puts me in a beautiful relaxing trance every time guaranteed.

A visiting professor let me audit her Eastern Philosophy class (I was an art student barely making tuition and housing, but fascinated by eastern culture), and she had Tibetan bowl music on CD playing on a continuous loop while she taught. A wonderfully relaxing video. The way the artist performs, but also the surroundings contribute to this, everything works great together. For years I have been going on a short holiday during the Easter holidays, where meditative exercises are carried out, singing bowls and scented oils sprayed with water are also part of it. I must say that your singing bowl exercise reminded me of this wonderfully. I literally had the scent of lavender, incense or rosemary in my nose. The removal of worries through your hand movements and the meditative body scanning almost reminds me of a Reki session. A really strong video. I wish you a great weekend. P.S. I found the movement with the singing bowl very beautiful, allmost a little homage to the ".Circle Videos" by Miss Heather Feather.
