AI is impressive, but we need to be realistic about it's applications. Traditional software "knows" what is correct because we give it instructions (albeit imperfectly), but AI uses training and feedback loops in a generative manner. It converges to a result, but that is not equivalent to computing a deterministic output that follows the logical rules we put in place. We're going to find like with quantum computing it's not always the best tool for the job.
Missed those kind of videos, glad to see another one ❤ The week is great so far, currently getting more new subscriber, because of my videos - feels great to see, that people like it ^^
Bolt’s approach to handling APIs and databases adds an interesting dimension to app building. The balance of automation with hands-on guidance seems crucial. Great to see this balance discussed here, it’s a reminder that AI isn't replacing developers but enhancing their capabilities.
I have created a couple of things with it - been happy but sometimes need to request a few times... but I look at it like would I pay $50 US for an "okay" programmer as they work to get better? Of course I would!
Fascinating! It really makes me wonder how much future I have left as a software developer. With the current state of the tool, I already don’t see the need to hire a junior.
It will be learning from things that is mostly been built before. So as SD, it helps you built quicker. Something that will take a week I will expect it to take a day or two now. It does close the gaps for juniors though as their knowledge is based on things that is done and some of them can't build new things. In the video, instead of getting a junior to do the UI i will get Ai to do it. I will concentrate on the cloud architecture and how to scale it. These are places where Ai is lacking and Developers are still striving. You won't want AI to make the mistake of putting things together in AWS and ending up with a silly monthly bill that will bankrupt your company. All been said, I am looking forward to more clever model that will close to human, possible but not yet here so guess SD will still be around for a while.
This is amazing. My jaw actually dropped once I saw it installed dependencies on its own and the music it made actually played. It's so wild that AI code editors have gotten this sophisticated in 2 years. I think in 2025, there might be AI code editors with agents that may be able to build applications without any major errors. This is a great video.
As a web developer of 25 years... this is VERY impressive. I'm still not sure if it will be a crutch for people who won't take the time to understand what their code is doing? OR... just make experienced developers replace entire teams of coders.... it's 100% disruptive.
Just next try to sell ChatGPT in "tortilla". Doing same stupid mistakes as other AI, makes something applicable after 7 reprompt, no chance to test final result without paying it (limited tokens). Got better result from builtin microsoft Edge agent
ngl , I see new shit coming out everyday , the irony is that 5 years ago , the consensus was that AI will replace jobs like truck drivers and stuff like that but It literally started the opposite way lmao . Istg i'm getting bored and annoyed by these "Is programming dying?" content , yes its dying leave us alone lmao
How is everyones week going!? This new AI tool really blew my mind. I think there are so many exciting things we can build with it! What do you think?
Love it, Tiff. We are heading into a reality where we won't know if it is a wonderful dream or just an utopian paradise.

We devs should gain new skillsets on top of what we know. Thanks for this video!

wow, I am actually blown away...
I know nothing about coding and bolt is amazing. The only thing is updating and deploying to a host has been really tricky for me
💛 WELCOME BACK
Wow!! Greetings from México!!

It's great I'll definitely try it out!!!
Awesome content as always ❤🎉
So what juniors can do now to prove their skills?
Do you have any online course or live coding session?
This is gold !
Wow. This is amazing😱!!
Although It now makes me rethink if I really want to go into software development 😢
Wow I am also blown away. I have an idea for something I want to develop. i should also try it out. How is it for mobile app dev?
You should check out Windsurf
For a Spotify lover, this blows my mind!!! Which subscription did you pay for your demo btw?
I am shocked at how nice that UI looked with only that short prompt
Excuse my french, but this is fking insane
every time I try to use it I either get an npm install error OR the preview wont work.
Also, the Search feature does not bring up "real" results.
I have created a couple of things with it - been happy but sometimes need to request a few times... but I look at it like would I pay $50 US for an "okay" programmer as they work to get better? Of course I would!
"Un poil de Relifion ?" I will listen it immediatly 🤣

Great video❤
Glad you liked it!! Hope your week is going great
But do you know that AI doesnot know what it is building. So those bugs occures. But this is exciting and it can save a lot of time.
i feel you still need to have experience to know what it's doing (and to troubleshoot)... as a productivity tool, it's a game changer.
let's go sweep the floors

Software is not what you are looking, spotify uses streaming and secure algorithms on a different scale. Ui is 2% of the actual app
❤
Hope you are having a great day!!
I want to expert in python plz share some free link
It feels weird to use more cursor than visual code.
I don't think this code can be maintained over time.

Hey Tiff, gr8 content nothing left for me at work ask it to create an app based on req, and go out to play all day ❤.😂
can you say "no more jobs"
Yes 😂 no more jobs
We are so cooked
Well, this is the reason why I moved over to machine learning. This is the future I'm afraid folks
How so? AI can do machine learning too. If not now it will.
@ not if you do bespoke ml projects
That thing is in the same danger.
@@bestopinion9257 well which white collar job is not in danger
@@shaunweinberg2463 well why is the machine learning the future then?
I don't like it
I build a forum with the help of another AI and it does silly mistakes when normalizing the tables in the database. It is not trustful.
Just next try to sell ChatGPT in "tortilla". Doing same stupid mistakes as other AI, makes something applicable after 7 reprompt, no chance to test final result without paying it (limited tokens). Got better result from builtin microsoft Edge agent
