** Daniel #7 - Living with Beasts, Living with Hope **
Daniel received five significant visions over his life. Today we get into the first of these from Daniel chapter 7.
In this vision we see God's perspective on the kingdoms of this world. They are like beasts. Fearsome, intimidating, and powerful. They arise one after another and this might seem hopeless, but God is not done. He is on His throne! Another will come. An individual. A man from heaven, who will reign with all authority and power! A man who will put the beasts of this world in their place and bring hope to all peoples!
Here in Daniel 7 we see God preparing us for Jesus! We see that though the night be dark at times, we can look back and find hope that God's eternal plan is coming to pass for us who know this Son of Man!
