I was in a bronze tourny. One of my teammates opted out and I was very disappointed. Little did I know that my other teammate was a Smurf and we went on to win the whole tourny with only two people.
You gotta understand when people have to leave late in a tournament. Usually someone is called to go eat dinner or do something more important about car soccer. Im not there for people that join a tournament knowing they have to go early, or rage quit.

The reason he preflipped was because open nets are the hardest mechanic in rocket league, and the only way to score them is to completely give up control of your car and give yourself no chance to miss.
When I was in plat, I once was in a 2v3 situation (I was on the team of 3) when I was playing in a tourney and it was the semi-fimals. We won that game and then belive it or not as We joined the finals we learnt that we were up against yet another team of 2. It was the best possible way a tourney for me when I was in a low rank could go.
