Since this is the only comment with semi constructive criticism I’ll respond to it, if an oath w requirements is unviable in pvp then the pvp is just not fun, the fact that all of those are restrictions when on paper the build should be meeting the prerequisites for chime is crazy, I’m not asking to be 1.6k elo I’m just not tryna play attunentless or single attunement anymore, those builds are normally one dimensional and lame
