My top seller I made in tier 25 with a set price at $21.99. So far, that one design on a standard t-shirt alone I've made over $20,000 in royalties. It's an evergreen that I protect with a copyright. It's been stolen countless times but I make sure I take time out of my day to report infringement. I never listened to those gurus about low balling prices. Sell your design for what you think its worth.
Thanks so much for taking time to comment!! I love hearing stories like this! I haven't ventured too far away from pricing items at 19.99 (except for a couple best sellers), but I'd be super interested to experiment with adding a few dollars across all items.
@@hannahebeling It depends on the design. Sometimes a customer might over look the low price thinking its cheap looking. I've been setting my prices what AMZ suggest or higher for about 2 years and have no problem making sales.
@@SamanthaFl Thanks so much for sharing your experience! One of the things I'm most excited about starting a UA-cam channel is the potential to connect and share ideas with others. There's really so many strategies to this business and I love hearing what has been working for others!
Thanks for this advice! I’m new to Amazon Merch. I was originally doing the 13.07 for Halloween designs. I made one sale, and while I was like “ oh good a step away from tier ten”…honestly, I felt kinda gross about it. And yes, popular niches are FLOODED with shirts for 13.07. But since the designs were mostly Halloween, I guess it won’t be more work to up the price since now I’m just deleting them for Thanksgiving designs. But maybe I’ll try your strategy and see what happens!
Best of luck! Getting out of tier 10 is the hardest part and it'll start getting easier after. Wishing you lots of sales and profit as we approach the holidays!
Thank you so much! ********************** This is good advice for anyone providing a service, too, such as teaching. It's been years since I lowballed my price teaching. It forces you to work harder to find those niches, but you end up wasting less time and money in the end . Also keeps your dignity intact!
Yesterday morning After i watched your video i emidiately changed the price of my sold designs on shirts (3 designs lol tier 10), and today i was surprised i've sold 2 shirts of one of them 🤩 10$ margin, thank you so much, keep posting tricks like this👍
I think it’s a great idea to be on multiple shops to have more opportunities to make sales, but you can totally get comfortable one place first and then expand.
Hannah, let's say that I already price items at a low cost (they are post on etsy). Should I change the price on Printify or Etsy If I want to raise the price? maybe it doesn't matter :s
Oh no! I’m so sorry! I have heard that Amazon is very overloaded right now in Q4, so if you do choose to reapply, it might be worth it to wait until the new year. In the meantime I’d spend some time getting redbubble and Etsy going if you aren’t already.

That is awesome! I'm so happy to hear it's been working for you. And, $10 margin! That's so cool! Here's to hoping you get tiered up soon!
@@hannahebeling I'm already eligible to tier up 29 sales, i'm waiting for amazon to want to tier up 🙄
@@massinissamerzoud5319 hope you're tierded up all this period, i'm on exact case as you today
Thank you for the great info. I am working to get out of tier 10.
You've got this! Tier 10 is the most brutal in my opinion, but once you get past it, everything starts getting easier.
Thank you, Hannah! Very good information!
Glad it was helpful!
So do you recommend making new pages for insta an tiktok and stuff for our merch by Amazon account or is it OK to use our personal accounts?
Great tips. I have an Etsy shop. Do you suggest doing multiple sites at once or should I start with print on demand on Etsy first?
I think it’s a great idea to be on multiple shops to have more opportunities to make sales, but you can totally get comfortable one place first and then expand.
Im hovering between 18.88 and 19.99 . I dont go above 20
19.99 seems like it’s definitely a price a lot of people are comfortable with!
Price in the middle, not too high,or too low.
Hannah, let's say that I already price items at a low cost (they are post on etsy). Should I change the price on Printify or Etsy If I want to raise the price? maybe it doesn't matter :s
Either one is fine!

I was refused a merch account no reason they jus did

@@hannahebeling apparently they will not ever let you reapply, according to the customer service
is this the same on etsy?
Etsy I might even price a couple dollars more!
@@hannahebeling thanks
Is there an easy way to change all shirt prices in one move or you gotta do each shirt one by one by one? LOL
Unfortunately no, unless you use automation tools.
People believe they get what they pay for.
