Girl I swear by the 5am life too!!! My fitness class starts at 5am so I wake up at 4:30 - and when the alarm goes off and I feel like I’m riding the struggle bus I just say “just need to get in the car” 🤣🤣 once I’m in the car I’m good to go! But for real - it truly does feel like you can get so much more done during the day when you can get the workout out of the way before the kids wake up! Even when I don’t have to work or the kids don’t have school , so I don’t necessarily have to workout that early and could wait until later , I still will go early bc I love just knowing I got it done and now I can do whatever I want for the rest of the day haha!
