Ruiner Review

Ruiner is a 2017 isometric, twin-stick shooter by Reikon Games and published by Devolver Digital, which sadly doesn't quite deliver on its offering despite having some fun moments.
You play as a masked character, whose sent to assassinate 'The Boss' after having your brain hacked. However, a young woman called 'Her' sets his mind free and claims Heaven, the corporation ruling Rengkok, is holding his brother captive.
After recouping from the initial attempt, they set out to rescue the protagonist's sibling from Heaven.
