- You can improve your shot TODAY if you apply this note to your shooting routine.
Watch a baseball pitcher, or a quarterback or kicker in football. You see the front of their jersey, then after they finish their movement, you see the back of their jersey.
Flipping or rotating your torso into the shot/kick/pass is the best way to ensure consistency because you are using bigger muscle groups and body parts.
Drive the ball forward to the target. If you fall forward into the shot, that's GOOD!
You will learn the footwork to keep your balance.
But the main thing is that you put your legs, hips, abs, torso into the shot!
