That loft would be perfect for my four cats! They would absolutely love that. What a beautiful model...
As always another awesome video. There is one addition that keystone could make better would be a sliding privacy curtain for the loft to block of view for the kids to have additional privacy as well as a independent light switch for the lights in the loft.. That's just a suggestion if you can pass it on too keystone see what they would think about that
We looked at the 2021 on display at the Hershey RV show and liked it. Thank you so much for the comparison between years. The one design flaw I see is the main entrance door will be up against the heater exhaust vent if the door happens to be open all the way for some reason.

This is the RV of my DREAMS!!! My daughter and I live in one full time as the housing market is INSANE!! Would love this bigger one so we wouldn't be tripping over each other constantly!!! BUT, I miss having a bathtub!! Do you know if either bathroom could be ordered with a bathtub rather than shower stall? THEN it would be absolutely PERFECT!
I should also mention, we don't travel. Stay in one park full time.

@@reneemoore6442 I wish I could stay in a RV park full time....They're better than a regular nieghborhoods because we have drug addicts homeless people in my neighborhood and RV parks don't have homeless druggies
I'm in the process also of full time rv living with my family as my landlords sold our house after 9 years and the rental.market is 2500 a month for a one bedroom place I'm excited

Thank you very much for the comparison between the 2. We are looking to buy that model and wanted to know the differences. I talked to an owner of a 2021 390ds and he did tell me you have to watch your rear angle when pulling into steep entrances and drives. He told me a few weeks in he hooked the back frame on a road pulling into a gas station . That tapered frame would definitely help. I was thinking of welding on the aftermarket frame rollers they make for RVs (like $20 each) that act just like the rollers on dumpsters.
The after market frame rollers would be a great idea!
I definitely agree there's not a lot of seating. If the whole family wants to relax and watch a movie in the living room area there's not really anywhere for a family to do that.

Please tell me...if I were to change the dining area and 2 recliners to a long dining table and bench, how difficult is removal of the queen bed in the rear bedroom? I'm thinking that would be a great co verted family room/play room for toys and such!? Sleeper sofa in place of the bed... thoughts?

Looking to buy one of these and change the layout. I’d personally remove the second bedroom where the loft is and make my kitchen there. And have the current kitchen removed and make that an even bigger living room. It’ll make it look massive. Just my thoughts on my future build. I really am looking forward to having one!

Thanks for the review Myles. I was in an Avalanche today. Something that jumped out at me was the size of the 2nd bathroom's shower. My kid is 5'10" and he had to crouch over a little to fit in the shower. Just something to keep in mind, that shower is great for younger kids but maybe not for older kids.
I mean… it’s an RV. They aren’t always designed for tall people and there may be little discomforts here and there. I’m 6’2 and could still see myself using that shower. I would just put a little waterproof bench in it or something to sit down.

Love this Floorplan and the colors of the 2022. My only suggestions would be to add a window above both beds to open the room up even more and then ditch the rear shower for an outdoor kitchen with a large outside refrigerator. The shower height is not practical for most people and that would be a better use of that space. The rear sink and toilet are still very functional. Would also like to see another 30lb propane tank with the outdoor kitchen and auxiliary gas output.
For me I like the 2021 color scheme better.
Is 200 watts of solar and 2 batteries going to be enough to charge the batteries to run the refrigerator for 24 hours? Or 48 hours assuming you have a cloudy day? It does not seem likely. I would suspect that 2 more batteries and 3 more panels would be required just for that frig to run all the time.

I love this model….!!! Why can’t u run all of the AC. Units at the same time?? Or if u are using the washer & dryer do u have to turn off the AC units…?? I imagine that could be hot having to turn off the AC units to use the washer & dryer.

Beautiful except for the small living area seating! We have lived in our trailer for 15 years! Need the extra seating! I would love to have one less bedroom and more seating! Love the second bathroom! Hate sharing one with husband! Maybe a bunk room would work better!
I would pay extra if the manufacturer would bundle tie the wiring together and make it look more organized

Good afternoon.. I have a couple of questions. Is a fiberglass 1 piece shower an option for these bathrooms and is a queen adjustable bed an option?
Unfortunately, unless you’re looking at Luxe or New Horizons, fifth wheel brands do not do customizations like that. They come how you see them. However, the Montana High Country 381TB and Cougar 350DMS will have those options you’re asking for. Both have videos on my page

I think this is one of the coolest 5th Wheel 2 Bath BHs out there but it seems to be missing one HUGE item: An Outdoor Kitchen!! WHY OH WHY DID KEYSTONE DO that? SMH

I love the layout. One problem I see is you can’t open the second bedroom door when the slid is in. They should replace it with a pocket door.
That’s true… but you can also get to that bedroom from the rear entrance.
How can ppl buy from you if they live in a different state? My husband and I have decided to get this rv but we always watch your videos and that’s what made our decision on the model to get. We live quite far away but would love to give You the sale if it’s possible.

I woud love for those popular models to have a garage version too, not a big one but at least one for 1 or 2 enduro motorcycle, for example the same layout but without the loft and the bedroom to be on top and the garage yo be the loft space under the bed
But ofc that woud include a ramp and it will be more pricey i think
But with the height of the bed and the loft , for example to make it a lateral garage and deposit only under the bed and the rest loft space to be exterior deposit space. I know its complicated what im trying to explain but yea 🤣🤣🤣 hope u get the idea

Yes it does. And they would have had to get rid of at least the internal storage drawers in the second bedroom to have any sort of outdoor kitchen
The new models have only 3 windows in loft versus 6. I was wondering why it was changed and how significant it reduces the natural sunlight coming in. Is it enough to darken the rest of the rv?
I don’t always know why they make the changes they do, but my guess is to help keep the temperature down in the loft space. More windows=more heat coming in.
Consider any maker Keystone RV'S have a lot of issues. Mine is a 2021 Montana High Country. Just beware. I had a used Jayco I never has any issues.

How much stuff is interchangeable? Like if I didn't want island but needs to add a sink? Make the bed full size to have more space Or if I wanted to make the 2nd bed room a game room, is that possible?
It’s not, unfortunately. These RVs are all built on essentially an assembly line and all built the same way each time. The only thing you can change is the sofa colors, but the floor plan is going to be built the same way each time. They don’t have options to customize the floor plan design.

they should lower the floor in the loft to make it more of a real bedroom and make the bedroom under it into a Garage = make the garage just tall enough to fit ATV's or Motorcycle's ... that way you could have a Usable Garage and still have sleeping for the whole family without having to put the toys outside !!!!

It's pretty cool but really only 2 seats to watch tv. Sitting on the other chairs doesn't look all that comfortable.
You can always take out the table and put whatever you want there.
There’s just not enough room to sit as a family together.
There’s 6 places to sit which would beat the seating for 5 you would get if you replaced the dinette with a sofa so… 🤷♂️
But you can always just remove the dinette table and put whatever you want there very easily

I don’t put the prices because they are always changing. The price of this unit when I filmed this vs the price of it today is different. And the pricing is sometimes different depending on what area of the country you’re looking in as well.

my dad and my mom bill and Beverly kick us out there out of there in the trailer so I am 13 years old and I want three bedroom but my parents say that you were at house and which I want a RV with my parents and my brother
One thing is a deal breaker for us - ugly vent in the floors!!! What is wrong with this company - they totally ruined the trailer. Otherwise it is almost perfect however needs a pantry. Keep working on it.
The loft you are 6.2 and you are crawling in that claustrophobic loft it’s not a bedroom and if you want to store stuff you still have to crawl and drag boxes
If I can sleep in it, it’s definitely a bedroom! And 3 people my size could easy sleep in there
Definitely agree about that claustrophobic loft. So many sellers try to make a negative a positive by pointing out things like how many peple can lie down. They can also just bump their heads when they sit up. The roof is way too close to the floor and how maniy adults really want to crawl around a room or go up that ladder.
It won’t be long before the government cracks down on permanent trailer and or tiny home living. Don’t waste your money.
