Extra money is taken into for the "world postage system" which then subsidises post in poorer nations, China claims to be a poor nation that needs it and then pockets the money to make postage "free" on Temu....because we've already paid it any time we send or receive anything.

To give him the tiniest bit of credit, he was brutally honest about the products so hopefully this didn’t boost Temu’s already extensive reach too much.
