I don’t know if I’m right but i think these are Volga Tatars. Although the music is played with a Russian Accordeon called the “Garmoshka” but I’m not sure.
These are Volga Tatars, also known as Kazan Tatars. Their homeland is Tatarstan, an autonomous republic within the Russian Federation. But they are dispersed all over Russia from Kaliningrad to Vladivostok.
