Great list. My list would be Honorable mention Ancient Age 10 star. 5. Evan Williams BiB 4. Rebel 100 3. Early Times BiB 2. Wild Turkey 101 1. Benchmark Full Proof. I can find Buffalo Trace but it’s normally over $30 for me after tax that’s the only reason it isn’t on my list.
WT101 should be included, unless you are wrong and you do not like the turkey funk. ;) Sadly, I can't get OGD bonded, 114 or Early Times BiB in Utah. Solid selections!!
I love videos like this, because I have to live on a budget. There's nothing wrong with talking about stuff that's $100 or $200 a bottle, but that's all out of my reach. Whisky that I can buy for 20 or 30 or 40 bucks interests me. 🙂 OF 100 👍 EW BiB 👍 - *much* better than Jack black OGD bonded - 👍👍 Early Times BiB - I've never seen it here 🙁 Buffalo Trace - I won't give it a thumb down, but it's not on my list I construct the list thusly: 1. Old Grand-Dad bonded 2. Bluff Springs 3. Old Forester 100 4. Evan Williams Bottled In Bond 5. Bulleit
@@BamaBourbonNick There's no Benchmark here. But I've become wary of anything from Buffalo Trace - with one exception, everything I've had from them so far has been okay, but not more.
Knob creek and WT 101 on here for me I don’t think something in the 30-40 range is overly expensive. Just saying. Even the EW 1783 is a very good pour. And I’m surprised you didn’t put any Benchmark on here all are under 27 in my area.
Our Trader Joe’s doesn’t sell liquor so we don’t get the option. Next time I’m out of state I’m going to try and get some. (Grocery stores don’t sell liquor here)
I've had all but the EW BiB. Solid pours for certain and a great reminder to keep them in my drinking rotation. Great point on the OGD114 too. The ET BiB is always a point of contention. With the purchase happening mid 2020, it really wouldn't be until this summer at the absolute absolute earliest that Saz product started to show up in the bottles, assuming they dump right at 4 years, and thats a stretch. More plausible that OF sent plenty of juice to Saz for them to blend, etc. Either way, I've had a few bottles of both and like them both......even seen a few YT reviews picking the Saz product as superior......so its all a matter of personal taste. BUT.....I'll buy a bottle whenever I see one. Hard to find. I'll throw in 3 more....WT101, JTS Brown and Benchmark Bonded. Cheers!
Good selection. I would move OF100 up the list for me. OGD114 is 28.95 here so replace BiB. Agree Early Times is a good one too. OF Rye 100 one of my favorite mixer for Old Fashion.

Haha! Thanks!
Similar lists. For bottles $30 and under, my blinds rank:
#5 - Old Grandad 114
#4 - Buffalo Trace
#3 - Old Forester 100
#2 - Wild Turkey 101
#1 - Benchmark Bonded
Awesome!

That’s a great list too!
I really like the OG Bonded.
I need to try the others you listed.
Buffalo Trace is available.... for $50 where Im at lol.
Thanks!

I really struggled with this list because I do love the wt101 I just feel like I like these more.
Wild Turkey 101, OF 100, Beam Black, Makers, Early Times BiB, Evan Williams 1783
That’s a great list!
All good bottles, KC 9 $28 and MM 46 $28. WT 101 $25. I would add. My Fave is OF 100 and ET BiB.
Cheers!

EW BiB 👍 - *much* better than Jack black
OGD bonded - 👍👍

Have you tried any of the benchmark like bonded, full proof, top floor, single barrel, or small batch?
Great list!

I used to be able to get buffalo trace for $24 delivered and now its up to $28 (orange county cali, from bevmo with doordash pricing)
That’s still pretty good! I’d be door dashing Buffalo Trace all the time!
@@BourbonBammer yeah its interesting that bevmo ALWAYS has stock but total wine never has any

I love the 1783
Great video, I drink more budget bourbon than the expensive stuff. I like Maker's, and Trader Joe's 90 proof is surprisingly good.

@@BourbonBammer Cool. It isn't worth going out of the way for, but for a budget pour, I really like it.

Wid Turkey 101.
I feel bad for leaving it out. It keeps me up at night.
Nice list. Not a fan of the OGD. Really enjoy the shorter video format!
Thanks!
