Static qceps is contra indicated absolutely in ACL reconstruction or ACL repair 2. Calm shell exs has got nothing to do with ACL rehabilitation. 3. Where are the other 2 very very important exs in ACL reconstruction or repair cases?(. I will name them later) and (also reveal that why Static Qceps exs is contra indicated)

Hello sir i had a stiff knee since 8 months after my mcl meniscus surgery. bending was till 60 degree. So dr suggested for arthroscopic adheloysis surgery n gave 120 degree bend . But now my i am down from anesthesia my stiches are paining a littile. Just wanteed to know will I achieve the same 120 degree bend in one day or how much time it will take.more ???

I can’t even lift my leg up by it self Iam a week after surgery. Edit: Iam now post 1 and 1/2 month: dr told me not to run/squat/ or jump. But Iam able to do all pretty well, yesterday I ran about 80% of my full speed. You may recover fast but you can still easily rip or tear it again
You are right. It took me 2 weeks to realise i have leg and i can move it. Muscle memory was completely lost i don't know how he moved the leg next day. Its 1 month and 5 days now for me and still can't walk perfectly. Still have pain and bending is not achieved 100%, still cannot do squats this video is fake

Doctor says full recovery will take 3 months + and swelling may last 6 months. But he was Happy with my progress i can Drive my car now easily. Stiffness will go by time and with more exercise, i am still continuing Physio for more 15 days everyday to recover Faster

Yeah it’s been one week since I got acl surgery and all I can do is walk without pain. I can’t lift it up since my quad muscle is literally deactivated. This guy definitely didn’t get acl repair, because you can’t be walking on it the very same day. It would be very painful. Took me 3 days to begin walking and even then it was very sluggish
Hello sir, this is real time video of the patient. A lot depends on the type of surgery and the type of physiotherapy given. Recovery can be slow or fast depending upon the patient. What matters is that finally the patient achieves full movement
Lies, lies lies...the doctor who did my ACL surgery explicitly forbid me to step on the operated leg... After 10 to 14 days you are allowed to step and walk with the operated leg.... This protocol of recovery is generally used... I speak because I went thru the procedure...
Hello sir, some doctors restrict weight bearing for 3 weeks, specially after meniscus repair. We allow full weight bearing next day of surgery and we are happy with our results

Im 10 days after surgery and I still cant step on it with full body weight. They told me I can use around 20 kg of weight for the first 2 weeks.
