Roland FR-8X - Backup you SETS and UPG's

- About a year ago I was experimenting with online streaming and connected with another 8X user that wanted to know how to create backups... this is the video captured. Though the audio is not of the greatest quality, it's more than good enough to get the point across and I had fun making this video. Enjoy!
Hi Jerry! Great job on the video. Would you happen to know how to lock key changes into the registrations?
Hi Chester, thanks for posting. OK, so are you meaning like transpose the keyboard to another key and have it hold that key change for that register? I've never looked honestly, but that sounds interesting. If I find it, I will post it here.
@@JerryPHDale Mathas does it on his UA-cam song video of Melody of Love if you want to look it up. I think it’s a great idea but I can’t figure out how to do it.
Just did a really fast look... there are 2 ways to do it... Under MFX Edit, effect 23 PITCH SHIFT or effect 81: STEP PITCH is how I believe he does it in his programming. Gotta give the man kudos to use an effect in this manner!
