I got to meet David Early who portrayed Mr. Burman at a comicon in the year 2000. We stood outside and smoked cigarettes and talked about his roles in DoTD and Creepshow. He told me that him and George Romero were both in Silence of the Lambs. He told me where to look for them, when I said I didnt know that. Sadly, he passed away in 2013. Rest in peace to a great actor and a humble, friendly man. I will never forget hanging out with you for a smoke and great conversation...Respect ✊
When in Memphis, Romero walks in to the auditorium with Hannibals cage. David Early is one of the SWAT members, you can really see him as they are going up the stairs...also in Memphis

No. These types of tracks were recorded by various people and were all compiled in "music libraries." Pretty much like stock footage, only music. I've heard music from Night of the Living Dead in several other old films. Romero liked to dig through these and use as much as he could, and so did a few others.
