Ahh and aren't dynamic IP addresses a blessing?
A simple reset and I've got a different IP address. Didn't feel the need to hide it.

@@CuddlyZebra hey mate ur using ABB right? how did you get a dynamic IP address? unless they handed it out to everyone automatically, but from my knowledge that wasn't the case

It appears they do now offer dynamic IP's just by default - perhaps in the past they may not have?

@@CuddlyZebra oh whoops, basically every isp provides a dynamic IP since its cheaper for them i guess, however it appears that ABB (and most ISPs) only changes ur IP from time to time, such as once every month, etc. instead of every time you reset ur modem. i was about to switch to ABB immediately lol because ive wanted an IP that can change whenever you want. unless im wrong idk

@@MitchellTowell I could be wrong, but I do know that you can kick a connection from the ABB online tool, which basically is just a remote restart for your connection, which I feel like can also give you a new IP but I haven't tested it.
