This song is off of one of my favorite albums and the last time I checked the whole album is in Korean. Feel free to look up SHINee on Wiki or even Google and check the countries they have been to. Japan is one of the main places they have been but not with the Lucifer album.
And how can you know that? Being a fan doesn't mean you know everything about them, it's about loving all of their songs and supporting and ecouragning them to make new ones.
