Yeah So Adelle being a fairy completely blindsighted me and I was so shocked, I love how after the previous two games your opinion of faries might not be the best, but with Adelle opening up makes me like the fairies even more she’s one of my favorites in this game so it’s cool to have a fairy in the party
I really like both the Swordmaster and Spiritmaster designs. There is something regal about them , they also seems really strong according to the abilities they have
Ok so funny story about this scene when I was Martha in the situation she was I was practically screaming at the screen for her to jump. Not because I dislike her, quite the contrary, but because she is a dragoon and could probably make the jump. Even after loosing their asterisks the previous holders still seemed to be able to use their moves as before, so not having the asterisk wasn’t stopping her either. What actually happened afterwards was madness though in the best way.
I honestly can‘t see That Scene as anything but at least a bit gay, and it‘s just such a beautiful moment that really solidified Rimedhal as my favorite arc (if it wasn‘t already). It very much is a headcanon only, but so many aspects of the scene point to that for me lol Now edit while watching the earlier parts of the ep: GOD Vanguard is such a busted midgame job, the low accuracy is NOT enough to keep the ridiculous damage in check lmao
Yeah, It had been a while since I recorded/edited this episode, so I felt pretty dirty when watching back the footage and seeing just how quickly the Vanguard ripped those two apart. LOL
Ok so….. these two classes are actually very situational… one is simply one which is all about doing basic physical attacks. And the other is about sustained healing and, with that freedom granted from not having to be actively healing others, Dealing Light-elemental damage (kinda like Scholar from FF14, there…) Personally, I… Only really found use for Spiritmaster.

Good thumbnail

Also… Adelle’s “that one moment” scene never ceases to amaze
