13:05 As someone who's trying to work up to animating, "I know in my head where I'm trying to go but my hand just won't go there" has to be the most relatable thing I've heard in a while. The number of times I've tried to draw a clean line around (or over) where I last drew but my hand just decides to go somewhere else is outlandish.
Your work is amazing, and as someone who's realizing the difficulty of animating, it's inspiring to me. I heavily support the continuation of your career as an animator, very nice job man.
