      Thank you for your help. I am too poor to seek medical treatment and have been plagued with this condition for ten years. I'll try and do this for six months as recommended, and come back and tell you about my results.
      Many thanks.

      Mam i think i have shoulder wingling and by now i think my rib of right side has proture front wards and there seems a asymmetry between the alingment of both the ribs and most of time it is also painful either. I feels my rib of right side is shrinking and my shoulder blade pops out. There is a lot of clicking sound at my shoulder ball movement. How shall i fix it and bring my shoulder and ribs to proper alingment and normal movements.
      Kindly help me out with few of your suggestions with regards to exersices and other measures i should seek

    All these comments and video in general make me feel less alone, I work in fast food so it definitely is the reason why I'm struggling with a winged scapula. I was told it was a rare condition. And it makes me feel more relieved to know others are struggling as well as on a path of recovery.

    I’ve had a winged scapula for over a decade. I thought I took care of it on my own using only the door frame stretch and it wasn’t visibly noticeable anymore. However, one day I noticed a pause and a click in my shoulder while doing chest presses. I came across this video and realized a lot more muscles were involved. After multiple stretches a day for three days, I felt just a little more relief, but it still felt out of place. In the middle of the third day, I went to the chest stretch and felt my entire scapula slide back into place. Soreness came after that, especially the next day, and I’m working on strengthening and stretching more before even thinking about doing weights again. Thank you so much for this video!

    I have been working out and just over trying to improve my physical health. I had a tough situation some years ago and I haven’t been the same since. I have always had a strong back but it always had pain and I hunched a bit and I both my scapula were fairly winged so much so that I could probably learned to fully…but I never really thought it was a problem. I did all of these exercises and my scapula have basically disappeared into my back. My push ups are better my deadlifts are better my squats are better. My back looks great and I noticed a huge…MASSIVE difference after performing all of these exercises just once. Since I do them every night and I feel like a brand new person. Thank you for this video. It has helped me so much. You are amazing and i appreciate your knowledge. Without it I would still be in a lot of pain. THANK YOU!!!!!

    I wonder if this also addresses crunching sound in right scapula. I have exhausted all my resources of getting rid of shoulder impingement and crunching in right scapula so may try these out. I have gone to doctors, physical therapists, and a chiropractor with no results. You were the one who got rid of my elbow tendinitis with some stretches I did consistently. So thank you for that, Dr. Jo.

    • @AskDoctorJo
      @AskDoctorJo  9 місяців тому

      You're welcome. I'm glad some of my videos have helped. It really depends on what the crunching sound is, so unfortunately, I don't know if it will help since I can't evaluate you. As long as you are cleared to do stretches and exercises, it might be worth trying.
