      I disagree that this was disappointing. Think about how lucky we are to see world champions live streaming and commentating their high level games in real time. This is something technology has only made possible in the last 10-15 years.

    Thank you sir, you are a model as human and as chess champion. Like many people, a bit desappointed not to see big struggle and better level of your opponent. It was like Mike Tyson fighting with 7 years old kids. But I guess this banter was just a gift for weak players of chess24, something generous as we know you are. In any case, we'll see the power of your art prety soon in the next tournament where you are clearly the biggest legend actually. Be happy.

    To those who complaints about him for not playing against 2000+ rated players, remember he have nothing to prove to you. He is 5 time champion. Its a great opportunity for intermediate players to challenge the former world champion. Thanks to chess24.

    It was a very good gesture by him to choose some lower rated players. Imagine you are 1400 and vishy selects you as an opponent! Not many supergms would do that I think, but Vishy goes out of way to promote and popularise chess always

    Vishy apparently does not play a lot of online blitz. It's easy for him but he was surprised that he ran out of time in a game. His opponents were badly overmatched strategically and tactically in nearly every game, and his knowledge of opening theory is quite impressive too.

    I watched the entire video, and after he lost on time (Which Often happens) then he started to play lower rated players (1000-1800) for that reason I believe. I am sure there was many 2000+ players there that would really love to play him. All in all very disapointed

      mohamma barack, he is a super gm...take a look at his wiki. There you can see his current rating and also the fact that he is considered to be one of the better at faster time controls. This is a show and he is supposed to play the members of the site.

      He did, in the second game. But the point is to play with premium members. Maybe not many 2000+ premium members online at that time.
