    • @ElemuntDesign
      @ElemuntDesign 3 роки тому

      yea quite possibly, the panning and mixing and mangling of the percussion is masterful, plus that filtered vocal pad section towards the end is genius how its a different rhythm in each ear but combines into the same in each ear towards the end. mixing of the whole track id say is perfect. the fact this guy can do this style of music this good but also makes the best of best bedroom-style progressive house tracks, and also to live sounding jazz tinged pieces blows me away..

      Just go for it mate. Get Ableton. Some of the best music you will make will be when your not technically there when you first start. Search rare groove samples from the 70s on UA-cam and chop your drums from there. Sample soundtracks from films etc. Make loops 8-16 bar loops and save them and move onto another. Come back to them later when you have learned more and you will realise the ideas you came up with then are better than the ideas you come up with now. But you will now be able to turn the loops into an arrangement

    Easily the best electronic track of the year for me. Only negative was that it was too short but just found that the version on soundcloud is just shy of 6 minutes.. lovely stuff!
    Love the restraint shown as this just builds and builds. Very much an Aphex Twin vibe to the drum work, which is obviously the highest compliment you can give.. doubt it would ever happen but would love to hear a collab between the pair of them.
    If the whole album is of the same quality as this and LesAlpx it's easily going to be the best release of the year. Can't wait!

    Sam Sheperd regresa a sus raíces sonoras como Floating Points, con un requiebro estilístico a la pista de baile. "Crush" está basado en las improvisaciones que fue creando en 2017, en la gira con The XX, unas creaciones afiladas y algo insólitas en su carrera. Ha decidido grabar lo que tocaba como telonero de la banda londinense; su material más experimental hasta la fecha, su factura técnica, su combinación de recursos electrónicos clásicos y jazz resultan estremecedores, probablemente también ese cariño por los detalles.
    A diferencia de sus anteriores trabajos“Elaenia” en 2015, "Nuits sonores" o “Reflections” aquí brillan con luz propia las canciones más rítmicas, con texturas sonoras asombrosas, caso de "Last Bloom", "Environments", "LesAlpx", "Anasickmodular" o "Bias". Tal vez no lo sepas pero el músico de Manchester es doctor en neurociencia, quizá eso te ayude a entender su concepción musical y la imaginería que Floating Points exhibe y que llegan a noquear al oyente. Sin haber alcanzado la popularidad de sus colegas Four Tet y Caribou, Floating Points se ha convertido en uno de los productores de electrónica más prestigiosos del momento.
    Ha tardado cuatro años en regresar, lo ha hecho después de renovar su estudio y la maquinaría electrónica que allí almacena. Se ha apropiado de un sintetizador Rhodes Chroma, tan difícil de tuvo pedir a su ingeniero que construyera una aplicación de iPad para controlarlo y el sintetizador modular BUCHLA. Sam Shepard reconoce que no es un disco perfecto y la verdad es que escucharlo de tirón se hace difícil.
    Música independiente novedades.

    • @mr.robotzombie5708
      @mr.robotzombie5708 4 роки тому

      aunque Sam Shepard diga que no es perfecto alcanzo (en mi propia visión) la perfección sonora experimental y colorida por momentos haciendo de la experiencia un viaje que no pedimos pero si necesitamos si estamos afiliados explorar como un artista se expresa con la electrónica la verdad con sus puntos armónicos que podemos encontrar a lo largo del disco no tiene desperdicio y si se vuelve a escuchar incluso podes escuchar secciones o sonidos que quizas no le hayas prestado atención.
      Muy buen comentario el tuyo amigo
