Don't you think service/ultimate load combinations for Water pressure and Soil pressure should have dead load as well? I think if you do not add dead load, the deflections are going to be a lot more than actual.

@@Decodebd I am designing a slab with some walls around it (3 ft tall, not super big) and was wondering how to assign soil pressure on SAFE. SAFE does not give you the flexibility to assign loads on 1/3 of the wall & also design reinforcement / rebar. Any thoughts? I'd appreciate your help.
