YAYY! Jules bought the new Roman Szmal colors! :D I also bought the Chromium Oxide Deep and the Cobalt Blue Light, but damn I skipped the Titanium Brown (I used the excause: "I have too many shades of brown already"), but damn this Titanium Brown looks perfect for painting a shell sand beach scene or some sulfur of a hot spring area :). Proper video as usual! :D
I just got my very own 24 palette set and I am hooked. It's gorgeous wonderful paint! I get so excited that there are other artists out there who use it too and love it so we can talk shop and compare notes. Thanks for a cool video. It was a lovely way to spend 20 minutes.
I'm so glad you love it too, you have to let me know which colours you enjoy using the most, those discussions are my favourite! so glad you enjoyed the video!
I can't remember in which video you mentioned your love for indigo (I've been re-watching :)) I just thought I'd mentioned that I bought a wonderful single pigment indigo watercolour from Rosa Gallery called Indanthrone Grey PB60. A lovely indigo/bluish payne's grey colour. I have yet to experiment with mixing but I love it as is.
@@sigrunella1 interesting, usually that's more of a blue pigment, I guess a different treatment! I'll add it to the list... So happy to hear you've been revising the older videos too 😁
Beautiful paints! I decided not to buy the green when I ordered paint the other month and boy am I regretting that decision. I got the titanium brown though, it really is golden retriever 😅
You can always pick the green up in the next order, it's so nice. And yes golden retriever is the only way I could describe it, thanks for confirming 😂
Glad to see you finding delight in watercolor again 😁 I bought the Titanium Brown for it's novelty ('s ok) and the Cobalt Blue Light (love!) but overlooked the Chromium Green Dark (to my dismay!) Will redress this omission asap using your Jackson's affiliate link; the more recent Amazon links you appended don't work for me ("we're sorry. The web address you entered is not a functioning page on our site")-?-
@@entropycop thanks for the heads up on the Amazon link, will check that! The chromium oxide green dark is definitely the standout of the collection for me. Really a zoisite dupe as far as I can see!
Very interesting colors! That blue is beautiful.
@@MirandaWatsonArt it really is!
It's nice to hear your thoughts on these colours! That chromium oxide green dark is GORGEOUS.
@@diaryofcolours it's a new favourite for sure, so inspiring...

@@NinaQueena so happy to hear it 😁
Blue ridge raw sienna quickly made its way to the top spot of all the yellow ochre/raw sienna colours I own. And I have….a few 😅😮
I also have a bit of a collection building 😂

@@chromaphile I see what you did there 😂 I'm adding it to my shopping list, I don't even have a wishlist of my own 🥲
