4:47 Byddy Arrington winning at Michigan is actually amazing, considering he was driving a Dodge Mirada in 1981. That car was a brick, and couldn't go any faster than 190 MPH when Richard Petty tested it at Daytona earlier in 1981.
When I saw that your first video was for 1987, I thought the divergence point would involve Tim Richmond not getting AIDS. Also, the prospect of Alan Kulwicki and Davey Allison avoiding death by helicopter crashes is interesting.
Tim Richmond didn't have AIDS. But he still had his drug issues. However, this time, he decided to step away from racing for awhile after the Pepsi 400 before NASCAR could take action, and he spent the next two years recovering and getting back to normal before returning to NASCAR in 1989 and 1990.
This is a lot like the timeline me and Trevor807 are working on called “Start Your Engines!” It, too, starts in 1987, but has multiple different changes, namely Chrysler returning in 1988 instead of 2001.

That's why Dodge initially left NASCAR in the mid 80s.
that's sadly true.
and in 1988, there was rumors of Dodge return to Nascar in the 1988 season. but the deal fell through.
@@Boggs1993 Bummer. At least Dodge is back in the Truck Series.
true. and it will come back to the cup series in the 2000's like in real life.
NASCAR What Ifs are so good that they’re making the sport a lot more interesting!
This is where it all began!
Yes.
Here for a refresher before the restart...I want to see Mark Martin's first win...which we did
J.D. McDuffie and Jimmy Means winning races is insane.
Back here before ReStart comes to play

This is awesome! I like it! Kinda reminds me of Griff’s short lived OMS series
Griffdawg walked so GraySpeed Productions could run.
Dale will always be synonymous with the 3
Thank goodness.

Nice!!
when will that come out?...by either late 2022 or early 2023?
@@Boggs1993 They're probably taking their time. No need to rush.
that's cool.
That was a great video. I can’t wait for 1987.
Here's My What If But For The Busch Series Or Trucks - What If The Busch Series Went To Illiana Motor Speedway Which Did Close Down In 2018
The Busch Series did race there from 1987 through 1995 in Sunday Night Lights.
How long will it take for the next part to be out?
This is so good I can’t wait.
What is your schedule Sonicrules831?
