(Mid 70's during the day, and 50's at night), and this race is only in the woods, no road section. Looking forward to seeing how your race goes.
It’ll be mid 80’s with a low of 71. For a while my race was just going to be a trail section until they finally got permission to have a road section at night! Good luck man! Let me know how yours goes!
Great video, my weakness is at 6:54 in your clip! Love it in winter when don't have to worry about them. In really warm weather (part of the nutrition), make sure to take sodium and electrolytes.
It's key to note that not every backyard has a 12/12 day/night trail/road alternation. Many just use the same loop throughout
