- It has been nine days since the brutal rape and murder of a 31-year-old trainee doctor at RG Kar Medical College and Hospital. The accused, Sanjoy Roy, has confessed to the crime, revealing horrifying details. The autopsy report, which has just been released, shows over 14 injuries across the victim's body, including severe trauma to her head, neck, and limbs. Blood was found oozing from her eyes due to glass shards, and the report confirms sexual assault with the cause of death determined as manual strangulation with smothering. The death has been ruled a homicide. Stay tuned as we detail the events from the night of August 9, 2024, to when the body was discovered at 7:30 AM.

This was highly condemnable and shameful event.Few questions should be answered.This event occurred at 4:00 am,it's usually calm time why no body came to rescue the poor fellow ,there must be a lot of noises, breaking of window glass, resistance from victim,may be screaming and other sounds of resistance...what was security person doing,what was ward staff not hear all this noise,there may be patient, attendent,.I mean on 4th floor all this was happening and all hospital was asleep,very strange....

I agree with your analysis on internal involvement. However there is a possibility one could argue that this guy just randomly entered the seminar room and found the doctor there. Sometimes some people are at the wrong place at the wrong time.
