Got locked-out of my Microsoft account last night, been trying to recover it, nothing seems to work at all, recovery system is seriously borked to the eyeballs, keeps making me go round and around in circles, says I need to wait 30 days while Microsoft replaces all the security info for the account associated with my email, totally unacceptable, meanwhile I can't do anything to fix it.
Got same problem, they said they cant recover account because information changed, its just the worst possible platform, epic games given me back my account in just some days...

Well I dont think that it's fair that we loose our accounts without any kind of help, .it's all thanks to Marvis Gateway that i got mine back for Lord Knows what i would have done. I even heard he got a pages for all social media Platforms

I got my microsoft account hacked and the person who did it changed the email and password, so every time I try to use the password I used for the account originally, it says they either don't recognize it or that the account doesn't exist. And Microsoft Support is beying beyond useless because they don't offer anything if that happens. No chance to verify my account through my credit card purchases or any excel sheets or anything. This is ridiculous

It's stupid that the machine spits back that you are lying. I've entered plenty of different variations to my info like the serial number and emails and it just keeps saying it's not right. My bank cards can't be wrong. This method sucks.

Ite making me go through this 2 step verification process, asking me dumb specific questions i don't remember the answers to, because ive had this account over 20 years, but i haven't been using it to send any emails for a long time. Like exact subject lines and emails sent to. I use it as a back up with accounts and shopping apps. I now need it to access my Meta account and the email itself.
