Just like 95% of Idols, they are dancers who sing. It is not possible to expect much more than that with the level of dance required and the type of vocal preparation that Koreans offer.
Got here for the Pikachu rap and the duck walk part then got shocked by yunjin's rough voice.... I kinda don't know why they still sound so breathy and shaky cause this time the choreo is really easy+it's their vocal range (it is okay to be breathy only during the duck walk thingy cause that's like the only hard part)... I can't determine if they got better or not but I hope they really work on it
its cuz the moves themselves are powerful, it takes a lot on the body, especially on singing too. i wonder if idols get taught to not sing with their throat, cuz that might be why
