Uh These are the exact steps I’ve took to get stretched res. Not sure what you’ve done wrong? Edit 2 days later: I have had multiple different people confirm to me that the tutorial works, still not sure what you've done? Please respond what in specific is not working.
@zodiker bro i never changed anything on config, and I would suggest you not to do it because i don't think it will do something. If you want to have a custom resolution there are options in your gpu's control panel
@@Zodiker if you perform scaling is on display of course it's gonna be visual value, but if you perform scaling on GPU it will be both visual and performance value, but you do as you do.
@@sozyank Could I just change the Fortnite config res then the pc display settings res to 1440x1080. Then if I wanna clip I could use obs and use the stretch to fit feature to clip with the black bars?

instead of doing all that.. just change your resolution on your graphics card control panel (i use nvidia control panel)
I have amd so would I change the resolution in my Fortnite game config to the same res as my amd display?

@@sozyank ik but by changing the config, you get the performance value, and by changing the display in gpu’s settings, you get the visual value
