Holy shit, I’ve been ignoring this band for so many years and today I decided to give them a chance and wow, i am speechless, what a hell of a song, this song caught me off guard since the very first second and i was instantly blown away
first 4 albums are peak ABR. The recent stuff is just alright. I couldn't get into guardians very much. I felt it was very bland. This new album seems pretty decent though. But to me NOTHING will ever top constellations and Leveler. Phantom Anthem is pretty darn good too. And Found in Far Away places has some good stuff. But go check out constellations and leveler!
Have loved ABR since Burner and fell head over heels with Constellation. Never ever a disappointment, and while most bands end up changing their sound over time. ABR has just continued to master and perfect what makes them, them.
The intro + this song is a golden example of how to tell a compelling story through song no matter what genre you like. ABR is aging like a fine wine, the most consistent band of all time!
Never been much of a fan before, but this album is damn good. It reminds me of what Killswitch did waaaay back in the day when The End of Heartache came out. Taking a super heavy genre and kinda mainstreaming it a bit. I don't mean that as an insult at all, either. This album slaps.
This is your friendly reminder that Christ took the bullet for you and then overcame death itself by being resurrected so that you’d believe in Him as the proven way out of this mess and “not perish but have everlasting life” (John 3:16).
I loved them, but somehow their mastering, and washed out sound sounds repetative. McFarland and Slovak, it's your fault 😂 If i listen to the new ABR stuff, it's like putting in a Galactic Empire CD. Still much Respect to the guys from ABR, they saved my life. Literally.
@@matthewzang6688That's sad to hear. I didn't know that. If seems a lot of bands I loved listening to that had Christian members have since departed the faith. Doesn't mean I'm gonna stop listening to them, but it is somewhat disheartening
@@AggrivatedMe I’m an atheist, so it doesn’t bother me either way. I’ve always enjoyed their music, regardless of religious affiliation or lack thereof.
I haven’t even made it through the rest of the album because I can’t get past this song. “From the throne to the thorns.” Yyyyyoooooooooo.

@@Ryan-qb5wd I do like r&r a lot
Dare I say one of the best ABR songs?
It really is a journey. I think it’s my favorite on the album.
imo, it can be easily in the top 10 best ABR songs.
hell yeah it's easily top 15
yes
Premonition was certainly a nice intro song, I'm cool with this
Hands down their darkest song to date. I can definitely feel some Black Metal blast beats that Matt engage on this one, which I absolutely love.
The ending, phenomenal 10/10.
I keep rewinding
@@WaLeeZyyy same!
Yeah the last minute is just brilliant
This song caught me off guard and had no right to go this hard. Whole album is phenomenal
That interlude giving me phantom anthem vibes
2:26 hits different for ABR and I absolutely love it.
But then where's the longer solos. Some poeple 😅
Sounds straight out of the 80s... and it's amazing
best band ever.

Loving Jake's highs on this! Reminds me of Messengers. Amazing progressive metal track. What an opener!
The whole song is fantastic but the bit between 5:00-5:15 gives me chills. The double base right there is 🤌🏼
I'll tell you what, matt can beat the hell out of a drumset

that sounds so sweet, thanks for playing
ABSOLUTE BANGER
Wow the energy in this is godly like! Love it
That transition from black metal into post prog is beautiful!
Incredible work for real 🙌 an absolute masterpiece
"FROM THE THRONE TO THE THORNS!!!!!!!" 🤘🔥

Anti NWO song
"Te observé desde el cielo
Mientras las poblaciones aumentaban
Festejando en la Tierra como moscas
Asegurando tu ruina
Ahora tiembla mientras me elevo
Siente mis manos pestilentes
Toque pernicioso
Mis brazos ruinosos te abrazan
Mi cuchilla para la horda
Vengando la suciedad, perdonaré a unos pocos (perdonaré a unos pocos)
Solo hace falta uno para encender
Una chispa para emanar
Las masas, pronto despertarán
Sus voces resonarán
Expuesto por lo que soy
No más escondiéndome en las sombras
Soy alabado por las malas hierbas
Estoy condenado al patíbulo
Un héroe de los paganos
Soy un pilar de desesperación
Un abismo vasto y vacío de oscuridad
(Nos encontrarás allí)
Nos encontrarás allí
Mientras avanzo a través de la horda
Insistente en propagar mi rabia
Bajo tierra negra y lágrimas secas
Sus rostros comienzan a cambiar
Un hombre se puso de pie
Su temperamento se negó a ser vencido
Una canción para el fugitivo
La gente, le oyó decir
"Recupera tu voz, alza la cabeza
Y enfoca tus ojos en el cielo
Nuestro tiempo no debe terminar aún
Juntos, juntos, juntos sanaremos
Sanaremos"
Nuestro tiempo no debe terminar aún
Juntos sanaremos
