    Miranda this was SO timely and helpful for me, thank you! I’m Post meonopausal with terrible insomnia which I’ve now had for decades, digestive issues, and Bacne (Keratosis pilares) which I’ve had since I was 11. So i recently employed the services of a nutritionist who basically just said to me that I can eat whatever I want, provided I have a protein, Fat and Fresh at each meal. 🤔🙄 well I’m not expecting to get any positive results from that, but this sounds wonderful, especially since you’re feeling the benefits already, and your friends also. I’ll definitely be looking into buying both books.The author looks amazing! Thank you ever so much for sharing.

      Miranda I just wanted to ask you before I forget, is this diet just for people who want to lose weight please? I really don’t want to lose ANYTHING!! I’m already petite and VERY slim, so if I could put weight on that would be wonderful. So before I buy both books if you could let me know if Petronella addresses that issue in her book that would be MUCH appreciated. Thank you my darling. I’ve been reading up on her website and Amazon reviews etc and it all looks pretty positive, so hopefully it will do wonders for my hormones and getting me to sleep..... 😴
