@@Lappy459 Live 2D (from what i understand) semi animates a character while keeping the illustration the same. lets take lappy from 0:16 as an example. lets say her hands sway or move slightly up and down. this will give the illusion of breathing and being animated when she is not. Again, for lappy 0:31, she could let the upper part of the body rise up and down in a slow manner or her hair and/or cape could sway with the wind. that is sorta what live 2D is. it makes it look more cool or life-like but i feel like it could be annoying to make or to pay for.
