A few months ago I tried propagating an Anthurium Waroqueanum from a stump. I'll show the before and after (spoiler alert: I have a bb Waroq now!) and share my process.
Mine usually drains the energy from the smaller leaf to build the new leaf so maybe your yellowing leaf is a good sign. Mine is working on a big one and I can tell because she cannibalized the oldest leaf but the rest are pristine 😍
Can you share with us approximately what you paid for a chunk this size, as it helps with those of us thinking about buying just a chunk, and not knowing what a good price is? Also, not sure that chunk is getting enough light to trigger it well. Thanks.

You could get about 10 plants out if that one chonk
