Fairfield House in Bath is where Haileselassie lived while in exile. They have a tour of the house. There is a large picture of him by the entrance to the Roman Bath and small one n the little theatre
Your caption sounds like a judgement

Recently discovered your channel Ace and I'm hooked. You found a great guide to show you around. You appear to like England and currently seems like your second home. Got lots of your vids to catch up on.
Rachel is such a great guide.
She’s legit!
She gave false minimal history though lol.
But Yh she’s friendly
Great day everyone!
The old buildings look like they will stand forever
I never knew that Haile Selassue lived in Bath, England? I only knew about Marcus Garvey living the last part of his life in London and died there.
Selassie went into exile following the Brutal 1936 Italian invasion after fighting in gorilla warfare. He reconqered Ethiopia helped by British troops in 1942, marking the begining of the end for the fascist regimes.

And Bob Marley lived in London too! Bloomsbury, Kennington/Brixton, Notting Hill and Chelsea.
@@aflentertainment There's also a house in Neasden that has a blue plaque where he also lived.
Bob never actually lived in London. He stayed here for a while. Big difference
@@LonDonTaylor. Bob Marley lived in London on a self-imposed exile from 1976 to 1979 and during these three years, he changed a few houses, living in Bloomsbury, Kennington/Brixton, Notting Hill and Chelsea.
@@aflentertainment Exactly he temporary stayed here for a while to avoid trouble in Jamaica, he never chose to live here. I know where he stayed! ... you yt people think whatever you say is valid...

Love this video. Thanks for visiting and showing.
ACE is the guy I wish to be 👊🏾🤣💫 Bath is a great place to visit, keep up the good work.
Catching the replay 💯 ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Dudeeeeeeeeeee, you have to do Bristol. There's a huge amount of history there from the pirates, earliest travel to America, slave trade and the windrush generation. It's influenced the city so much which really embraces it. Huge D&B scene with plenty of pioneering music artists from the area and of course, Banksy. It's one major stop from Bath on the train from Bath Spa station.
58:24... The same is said about Bridgwater in Somerset, due to there being a famous battle against the crown (Pitch fork rebellion) near Westonzoyland, I used to live in Bridgwater for a while and down there people say when the Royal carriage went through the town the queen would close the carriage curtains and say the same thing. I've never heard it about Bath, and i'm from Bristol next door. I spent a lot of time in Bath and Keynsham so this video is great to see. Love Bath, at Christmas it's got it's own vibe that's totally unique because of the buildings. I used to go shopping there at Christmas with my Grandmother back in the late 90's.
Shame you didn't do the Royal Victoria Park just down the hill from the crescent at the end. Used to be legendary as kids.
Thanks for the lesson and history in a nutshell.
Thank you for showing vast versions of our country Ace ...
Bob Marley Halie Selassie Marcus Garvey all lived in England 🏴 Muhammad Ali got married in England. & many more greats have visited 🙏
Lol an to say to a GUIDE! 'What do YOU know about Halie Selassie!!?' 🙄🤣 Yet knows not a thing ....the guide was VERY polite & accomodating imo ❤

Great tour of Bath. Rachel was a wonderful tour guide. Good information and that huge pool area is beautiful. There were probably some great white parties back in the day. Enjoyed your video your.
Big shout out to Rachel.
Bath features in many films and series such as Wonka and Bridgerton
If you go to Italy you should go on the official Vatican city tour. It's very revealing and it will change your perception forever.
Another great video Ace. Bath is a beautiful place so much history and culture. In relation to the Abbey/Church and the ladder and the angels on the church is from the bible. Genesis chapter 28 verse 12 "As he slept, he dreamed of a stairway that reached from the earth up to heaven. And he saw the angels of God going up and down the stairway".
Thank you again!!!!!!
Dope vid Ace…Rastafari live!
I've been to Bath many times, beautiful georgian City. & the perfect backdrop for period dramas...
It's amazing that prostitution has been around for ever literally 😂😂

It’s a beautiful-place and picture with a lot of history too..the donuts looks great .
They said at the start how to use the 'phone' at the Baths.....enjoyable to see an american in the uk 🤘
5:15 well you are partially correct, The Assassin's game was based on the Knights Templar etc which is a part of British history, a lot of signs around England relates to it.
Pasties are the inspiration for the Jamaican patty.
@@Ashley-w3x the colour of light said the English pasties inspired the Jamaican patty, what’s wrong about that?
Some say it's a spin-off of the Empanada introduced to Jamaica by the Spainish Conquistadors & Moorish Captives.
Sephardic Jews who were exiled from the Iberian Peninsular to Jamaica may have also had a hand.
In hindsight, the Cornish Pasty along with the Jamaican Pattie are actually siblings, sired by the Empanada..
Justs for the record there's places like the hot spring bath's in jamaica 🇯🇲 Natural spa's There's many in jamaica
but Jamaican didnt party like they did
@ACEDTVL 🤣🤣🤣 Yeah true but they party now as your well aware. True though those Romans invaders we're really living the life Visit Bristol if you're around and got time. Real interesting place 👍🏿
When Jamaicans are missing home, They go to this Thermae Spa place. Good catch. And no one can party like Jamaicans do.😊
@CandyScent-r2p Cool whare is that place at 👍🏿

She didn’t want to tell the true history, because it’s absolute filth, I’ll leave it there! But she’s friendly though 👍🏾
That sulfur water was so pure that it shocked ur belly full of beef patties!!! 😂😂😂. Hope u felt better after!
If you get time on this trip or another one, Bristol, a few miles to the west of Bath, is a place very important for black history in this country. From the days of the slave trade, to the Bristol bus boycott which led to the law changing to ban racial discrimination, and during the BLM protests the statue of slave trader Edward Colston being thrown into the harbour. St Paul's Carnival happens each July and is similar to Notting Hill Carnival.
One show I watch, Mc Donald & Dodds has been filmed in Bath
Did you see the picture bible in the book store I loved it
Sodom and Gomorrah was in Iraq
GM WATCHING
What a perfect chemistry for entertainment...
The Roman ERA Diddy party..😂😂😂
Wow interesting!😮
Yeahhh, Bath is the most beautiful city in England !
Ay man, are you heading any further west in your series? I live in Cornwall and there's some interesting places to check out, Merlins Castle (tintagel) and a museum of witchcraft in a place called Boscastle, kinda like a mini Salem...
That first statue Ace showed you knew exactly what that was...that video they made was bs.
I always visit this church in bath at list I now know about the story behind the church
Bath my favourite place I love it,there is an antique shop on you right it has nice staff
Yes Ace -the Romans were multicultural. Load of Africans were in Britain as part of the Roman Empire. Something people don't talk about.
ace be finding the strangest places...lol.
Ace im going to put you on the spot, So far which country do you enjoy the most France or England?
Its nice that you are respectful of people talking, but can you keep the camera on the building rather than on the people talking so much, thanks 😉
So the Romans were throwing Diddy's Party back then huh!
Not Sodom and Go - that was homosexuality not prostitution.
I thought that..
The Romans had both!
That slight head twist when the lady was thinking to describe her experience with Haitian people Lol . I know u was thinking ‘watch what u say now’…😂
