What click track is the drummer listening to
Great performance, but drummer is definitely a bit off here. Couple spots he messed up Alissa and she saved it like a pro. He’s a great drummer, but maybe he’s got a track in his ear that threw off his timing? He got real quick a couple times.
Being a drummer and familiar with this song I can definately say it's not the drummer. At 1:30 Alissa started singing too late and you can see the guitarist looking at her right after the mistake. Listen to the original and you'll see, (hear).
@@b1on1cturtle it was hard to tell, I just always see many of these problems with drummers and being able to hear the track they are playing to. He is a phenomenal drummer, so it's not a knock. My second guess was Alissa maybe not being able to hear it well in her in ears. You see her constantly fidgeting with her ear molds to keep them seated right and also with her pack. Being a multiband tour they are working with an unfamiliar monitor tech I'm sure so it is a tough spot with the first show of the tour. More recent videos seem like no problem. Lots of moving parts.
Yikes, they all sound off time.
