Harnoncourt so young! I often had the pleasure to see him live. A great musician!
He was 65 here.
This is without a doubt the best Count of Almaviva I ever heard.
You must have not heard many.
He changes the Vedro aria... avoids the bottoms near the end...
@@st14 I love Hvorostovsky, but personally I prefer Thomas Allen and DFD. Although it must be said that in terms of the raw voice, Hvorostovsky has it by a mile.
XxSaruman82xX Hard to tell from this recording what he really sounded like in the theatre. The sound is picked up by directional microphones and strongly amplified. You can hear every step they take in the stage floor. Dima was a great singer of the covered-crooning type.
He is a Trademark and unforgettable!
Susan Graham's just got the right cheekiness and boyishness and her performance is simply stunning. and she was actually humming "fin ch'han dal vino" before the "pian pianin" finale. Brilliant! :)
"Aprite un po' quegli' occhi" is perfection in Bryn's interpretation
The third act was Bold, Brilliant.
The fourth.......was Astounding!

劇中的序曲，男中音費加洛(Figaro)的『伯爵如果想跳舞』和『不能再飛了，花蝴蝶啊』，女高音夫人(Contessa Almaviva)的『愛神請垂憐』，由女高音扮演侍僮凱魯畢諾(Cherubino)的『愛情的煩惱』以及女高音蘇姍娜(Susanna)的詠嘆調都是著名的歌曲。
