Caudalie really has always been a class act of a brand! I’ll be checking into the cashmere firming cream. You look stunning, would have never guessed 50s! Never. I also love that you don’t have tons of filler and look like everyone else who’s trying to escape aging (which we’re all aging!). I get it and I love my botox here and there but I want to remain looking like myself. Your skin is beautiful whatever you’re doing it’s working ✨These kind of favorites videos are so helpful!
Thank you so much! Please do try it :) My skin drinks it up. Re the Botox and fillers- there’s a lot of pressure to keep up and even I struggle with it but I think it’s important for me to hold out for as long as I can not only for myself but also my daughter. Trying to focus on acceptance. 🥰
FYI The Ordinary aka DECIEM carries a wonderful Resveratrol serum for about $9. Their products work really well.

James Perse tees are good. Have a couple that are at least 10 years old and still look good. Another long time favorite is Organic by John Patrick. Their tees are also very long lasting, and soft.

I love white t shirts as well and am always looking for a good one. I think the Muji white t-shirt for men is great. The cut fits me and I range from extra small to medium depending on my mood on that day. The bigger size I will put in dryer.

I tried the James Perse, but it was too sheer for my liking as I personally would not feel comfortable wearing it without a tank under it. The shape was nice though!
James Perse has a bunch of tees that are really nice and not that sheer. Personally, I don’t like sheer tees either usually (without a tank) but the crepe tee actually works without one!
Hi Neelam, I noticed you wore a black bra under the James Perse crepe tee. Do you wear a regular bra or one that has more of a sports bra shape? I couldn’t quite make it out but it didn’t seem like a regular bra shape.
I just got the Chiara tee by The Row! It’s perfect! Otherwise all my tee are James Perse and I agree they never shrink.

I so agree about Caudalie I cannot use any of the harsh retinols or even vitamin C, it really irritates my skin, I had to switch brands due to all the updates, just like you said! It’s so calming and I’m 56 and can definitely see and feel the results ❤️
Always happy to hear this! Another Caudalie fan!! I know right? - even Cs can be harsh. They reached out to me a couple of years ago so I could try their line and I was shocked at how much my skin loved it.

Yes I have used Caudalie in the past - it (the premier cru) seemed very good. I too get nervous when something is re-formulated - I am always suspicious that it is the accountants wanting to reduce costs. You do a very good job of promoting the product in a way that is considered and genuine

It’s because I truly love it. Caudalie has a unique way of working with us - they send the products and have us use them for ONE year and then they follow up to see whether or not we enjoyed them. At that point, we discuss working together so any promotion I do is absolutely organic because I’m using it and loving it.

the best long sleeve t-shirt i have ever found was a thrifted men's Uniqlo pima cotton piece. I have since tried to find it in store whenever i travel somewhere that has Uniqlo, but it seems to be discontinued, and nothing that is currently available is the same

Than you SO much for this video, Neelam! I've ordered some of your recommended tees and also plan to try the Caudalie! The timing was perfect since I've been looking to try a new vitamin C and also get into Retinol (I also have sensitive skin so have been afraid of it up until now, age 45). Totally agree that the feel and the smell of the skincare is vitally important. Also, I had guessed you were maybe 40 just based on how you present yourself (intelligent, sophisticated) but always thought your skin looked even younger!! One question - as far as you know/have heard from the Caudalie people, is a vitamin C sort of redundant given the resveratrol?
🥰 Yes kind of but resveratrol is more powerful and is tolerated better.

Yellowing of the armpits on white shirts/ tees etc is a combination of body chemistry & aluminum in your deodorant. Whenever I wear white I’ll use aluminum free deodorant vs my regular antiperspirant and I have no issues anymore
I don’t use aluminum at all so that’s why I’m confused about the stains. And it only happened with that specific tee and no others.

Hi yes, they’re but thick. I prefer thinner tees.
The yellowing in your Tee is because of the synthetic content, it’s a polymer which is derived from petroleum. Your natural body oils will “bond” with it over time, even if you are not sweating!
Your husbands 100 Cotton Tees will also yellow more slowly over time due to the same reason, he most likely expresses more oils which will bond with the cotton fibers.

@@NeelamAhooja there are many other factors that also come into play. There also usually is an enzyme wash that is applied to achieve a better hand feel or to change the surface texture - this can also effect the fibers willingness to absorb our oils.
