At 23 August my budgie gave one egg
Dada but bread contains wheat flour and giving wheat flour to birds is not recommended. It contains gluten which can cause problems with their digestive system.
Wheat contain gluten n we give soaked or sprouted wheat on regular basis without any problem
I avoid bread bcoz of maida
Otherwise I give home cooked chapati/roti also some times
@@DimondCompanions Anything that is white in colour should be avoided. Even boiled egg should be given in minimum amount and not daily. Milk, Maida, Cooked Rice, Salt, Bread, Chapati, Biscuit and even chocolate. These should never be given to birds.
@@reza110ish if you see history of indian aviculture all big breeders had used milk bred combination as soft food while parents rearing chicks
I had also used it few times
But from past 18years i am giving egg regularly only from March to mid of the june i don't give egg as it is summer time
But in all cold season i am giving egg regularly without any problem, it's like egg + rice +veggies is staple breakfast for my birds

Bro you might be using it for a long period of time but from my exp and study I am telling you it is highly not recommended to use milk or white bread or wheat flour for parrots. I am telling this with full confidence since I have a graduate degree in Animal Physiology and a post graduate degree in Wildife Science. Apart from this I am too breeding birds especially exotic birds for the last 10 years.
