Hey Ryley, I love your videos so much, and your logbait videos have helped me out such a crazy amount. Do you have any tips for dealing with midladder bs such as Mk hog firecracker? I was one win away from royal champ, and faced some Mk deck which was insanely hard to defend with tesla.
hunter did a good explanation of his video from yesterday, the one titled "I reached xbow perfection". Basically what it means is you are in a good cycle to defend their cards and play into theres. for example, if you were playing hog rider, and your deck has tesla, you can place a tesla to defend it. But if your in a bad cycle, if they play their hog rider but you dont have tesla in hand, you would have to defend with something else and possible spend a lot of elixer and/or take some damage.
52:33 this happens because of the way X-Bow switches targets. Because it shoots so quickly, sometimes it will shoot a second bolt while there's already a bolt which will take the finishing blow. However, this only occurs when the unit is far enough away, because otherwise the finishing blow will occur before the X-Bow shoots the extraneous bolt. Interestingly, this can also cause the X-Bow to become "confused" and not target the Princess tower until the extraneous tick is finished, whereas normally it will target the next-closest unit as soon as it its current target dies. This means extraneous shots can stall the X-Bow even more than normal and you have even more time to get down another troop to tank. This is why it's always better to play spirits/skellies in the middle during single, because if you don't the X-Bow can get one shot on tower. In double you want to switch up the placement sometimes next to your tower because they can being afford to start pre-logging (since even if they do pre-log next to the tower the log takes much longer to reach the cycle card).
If you are reading this ryley i need to ask you for some tips on how to counter mortar miner and miner balloon decks cause i always messup with logbait aganist them.

As an logbait player, logbait is completely dead and it is impossible to push ladder with logbait and every deck counters logbait and evo firecracker make worst for logbait. And again due to evo zap it is not possible to win game with logbait. I just think because of broken evolution logbait is becoming worst. Logbait needs a huge buff to make a comeback😧. Hope clash royale add evo princess which will make logbait viable.
