Strawberries are my loftiest personal gardening goal. Nothing in the world compares to a lovingly grown strawberry. Thanks for this video! I'd love to learn more from this strawberry strategist. :)
I’m growing all kinds of berries in my backyard to learn the skills. When I eventually buy a piece of land, I can expand them and grow as many as I want.
I guess im asking randomly but does anyone know a trick to get back into an Instagram account..? I somehow forgot my account password. I would appreciate any tricks you can give me.
@Grady Santiago I really appreciate your reply. I got to the site through google and I'm in the hacking process now. Seems to take quite some time so I will reply here later when my account password hopefully is recovered.
@@riverunner9978 Thank you. I saw in another comment that this is like a trailer for a longer video coming along where he goes over a lot more. So, I will be watching for that. This is so interesting. I can't even grow one strawberry at the moment. lol I need all the growing ideas anyone wants to share. :)
Top video!!! I'd just like to know how are strawberries propagated for production purposes are the runners of old plants collected and the mother plants removed or are they seed grown
I got strawberry until late November in the SF Bay, i use woodchips and compost tea, eventually green berries just wouldnt ripen, the plants never really went dorment in freezing conditions.
@@NaturesAlwaysRight Cool! Thank you. He is sharing such interesting information. I can't even grow one strawberry at the moment, so I would love to hear more about how he grows so many. :)
You can mentally add six months to each month he mentions, e.g. when he says March (=3rd month of the year) I mentally add six (=9th month or September here) to get my New Zealand approximate equivalent. When the total goes over 12, just reduce the number by 12, e.g. when he says September (= 9th month + 6 = 15 minus 12 = 3, and March is the third month).
@@riverunner9978 same. Im just saying if hes trying to get his highest yield why would he take out blossoms?i understand cutting the runners which he did as far as i can see but why cut the blossoms?
Pretty sure I know the answer to this. Do you report earnings on your taxes. I know here in Texas, you have to sell a certain amount of pds, before you have to purchase a PACA license.
I have a 75 acre ranch in Atotonilco el Alto Jalisco in the highland section of the municipality. My neighbor's renter has been begging me to get into strawberries. I wonder what kind of $$$ I could make from that amount of land per year. I could use a mentor my damn self.

That's really cool. I wanted to hear more about what he is doing with the soil mounds, groundcover, and watering system, too.
RoseThistleArtworks ....yes he gave no info on what his tips and tricks could be for success! That’s the best part of a video!

Strawberries are amazing~ Are those varieties the most plentiful in the area (Chandler and Albion)?

Do you have to be licensed to sell organic vegetables and fruit? I guess that could also vary from state to state. Thanks, John G.
Super cool! Would love to have heard about his soil! Sounds pretty fertile!
I did a full tour and interview with him as well that will be coming out. We go into all of that :)

What kind of weed guard are you using?
Is there any literature on commercial organic strawberry production?????? Great video
What can we do to help vegetables grow? Tell me?
Where do you grow your berries?
What is that black tarp? Is it to protect the soil? Like for shade and ph?
Can help with weeds, preventing bugs
@@loveforeverfashion Keep weeds down and also heat the soil
Thank you for sharing ❤️💗❤️

Yes I've been getting many requests for this. I'll do it on future interviews and videos :)
I wonder how you got the strawberries to this point did you pinch out runners ! Did you pinch out blossoms,?
The blossoms become the fruit so probably not im guessing lol
Nate ....I grow strawberries.

Nate ....I pinch out blossoms until the strawberry plant is devoleped enough to support berries.
If you don’t prune the plant till 3 crowns you’ll get little berries that are dinky
I need the same plans to grow strawberry here in Bangladesh.please help me to get the plants.
So that's why I'm not getting berries (zone 10 heat)..
